This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for vendors who subscribe to paid plans or services on SolarsIndia.
By purchasing any plan on SolarsIndia, you agree to the terms described below.
1. General Policy
SolaraIndia provides both
free and
paid vendor listing plans.
Refunds and cancellations apply only to
paid services.
Free listings can be edited or removed anytime without any charges.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Vendor Initiated Cancellation
Vendors may cancel their paid plan at any time.
However:
- Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund.
- All benefits remain active till the end of the subscription period.
2.2 SolarsIndia Initiated Cancellation
SolarsIndia may suspend or terminate a vendor’s plan if:
- Fake documents are submitted
- Fraudulent behavior is detected
- Terms & Conditions are violated
- Customer data is misused
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the conditions mentioned below:
3.1 Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be granted if:
- The payment was deducted more than once (duplicate payment)
- Technical issues caused payment failure but money was deducted
- You were charged incorrectly due to a system error
3.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds
will not be issued if:
- The vendor changes their mind after purchase
- Vendor received leads or visibility benefits before requesting refund
- Incorrect information was provided during registration
- Account was suspended for violating policies
- The vendor was dissatisfied based on personal expectations
All premium features are digitally delivered and cannot be reversed once activated.
4. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed:
- Within 7–14 business days
- Back to the original payment method
Processing time may vary based on your bank/payment provider.
5. Subscription Validity
After payment:
- Your plan remains active till the end of the subscription period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- No extensions for inactive periods unless specified in a promotional offer
6. Changes to Plans & Pricing
SolaraIndia reserves the right to:
- Modify plan benefits
- Update pricing
- Adjust features
Changes will not affect already active subscriptions until renewal.
