This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between SolarsIndia (“Platform”, “we”, “our”) and the Vendor (“you”, “your”, “company”) who registers on the platform to list solar-related services.
By signing up or using our vendor services, you accept the terms stated here.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

SolarsIndia provides an online marketplace where customers can discover, compare, and contact solar service providers.
This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of vendors and the rules for using SolarsIndia’s services.

2. Vendor Eligibility

To join SolarsIndia as a vendor, you confirm that:

• Your company is legally registered or authorized to operate
• All documents (GST, PAN, certifications) submitted are valid
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the right to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business

3. Vendor Obligations

By registering, the vendor agrees to:

3.1 Provide Accurate Information

You must submit true, complete, and updated business details, including:

• Business name
• Service details
• Pricing (if listed)
• Certifications and licenses
• Project photos
• Contact details

Any false or misleading information may lead to suspension.

3.2 Service Quality & Professional Conduct

Vendors must:

• Deliver services professionally and ethically
• Provide clear quotations and invoices
• Honor warranties and commitments made to customers
• Maintain good communication and behavior

3.3 Compliance with Law

All solar installations and services must comply with:

• Local and national regulations
• Safety standards
• Required certifications

4. Platform Responsibilities

SolaraIndia will provide:

• A listing space for your profile
• Access to leads based on customer inquiries
• Visibility based on your plan (Free or Premium)
• Basic support and dashboard access

SolaraIndia does not guarantee specific lead volume, sales, or conversions.

5. Lead Handling

5.1 Customer Data

Vendors may receive customer information (name, phone, address, requirements).
You agree to:

• Use customer data only for project discussions
• Not sell, share, spam, or misuse their information
• Not contact the customer for unrelated promotions

Violation may result in immediate termination.

6. Vendor Verification

A vendor may receive a Verified Badge only after document review.
SolarsIndia may request additional documents at any time.
We reserve the right to approve or reject verification.

7. Payments & Subscription Plans

If the vendor chooses a paid plan:

• Fees are non-refundable except under Refund Policy
• Benefits apply only during active subscription
• Plans may upgrade vendor visibility and ranking

Failure to renew will downgrade the account to a free listing.

8. Intellectual Property

Vendors grant SolaraIndia permission to:

• Display their logos, images, project photos, and content
• Use their profile in marketing materials, listings, and promotions

You confirm you own the rights to any material uploaded.

9. Reviews & Ratings

Customers may review vendors based on their experience.

• Vendors cannot manipulate reviews
• Vendors cannot threaten, bribe, or force customers for positive feedback
• SolaraIndia may remove fake or abusive reviews at its discretion

10. Limitation of Liability

SolaraIndia is not liable for:

• Conflicts between vendors and customers
• Incorrect customer information
• Financial disputes, installation damages, or project delays
• Losses incurred due to vendor negligence or false claims

All contracts & transactions occur directly between vendor and customer.

11. Suspension or Termination

SolarsIndia may suspend or remove a vendor profile if:

• Fraudulent documents are submitted
• Misuse of customer data occurs
• Fake reviews are generated
• Violations of policy or unethical practices are detected
• Illegal or harmful activity is reported

No refund will be issued in cases of violation.

12. Amendments to Agreement

SolaraIndia may update this Agreement at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
